What is Paleo Diet

For those who are new to this, Paleo Diet is a method of eating that is derived from what and how our ancestors from the paleolithic ear (roughly about 10,000 years ago, before the advent of evolved civilization and agriculture) used to eat.

According to many different food and nutrition related medical and general research sources, the paleo diet not only leads to a healthier body and life but also has proven to prevent, reverse and even cure several diseases and conditions for which modern medicine has no treatment as yet.

Paleo diet is also variously know as paleolithic diet, caveman diet and hunter-gatherer diet or simply as hunter diet.
